Credits are deducted only when the service completes successfully. Failed requests due to system errors don't consume credits.

How are credits counted?: Credits are consumed based on the service used: 1 credit for apparel try-on on photo, and 5 credits for footwear image-to-3D generation (try-ons are free after 3D generation). Failed generations due to our system errors don't count against your credits.
What types of try-on and products do you support?: We support virtual try-on for apparel (clothing, fashion items) on person photos, and specialized 3D model generation for footwear with AR try-on capabilities. Our service works with various clothing types including dresses, shirts, jackets, and accessories, plus comprehensive shoe try-on through our WEARFITS integration.
Do unused credits roll over?: No, credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle, but you can purchase additional credits if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept all major credit cards through our trusted and secure Stripe payment service. For enterprise plans, we also accept wire transfers and invoicing.
Is there a rate limit?: Yes, there are concurrent request limits: 5 for Growth and 20 for Professional plans. Contact us for custom limits.
Do you offer custom enterprise plans?: Yes, for high-volume needs we offer tailored enterprise plans with custom features and dedicated infrastructure.
