1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Try-on API (the "Service") at TryOn-API.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Try-on API is a virtual try-on API gateway. You submit an image of a person and an image of a garment, and the Service returns a generated image visualizing the garment on the person. The Service provides:

An HTTP API for programmatic integration.
Access to multiple underlying try-on model providers (such as Kling, Google, OpenAI, and FAL) through a single interface.
A credit-based usage and billing system.

Important: The Service is provided for visualization purposes only. Results are AI-generated approximations and should not be relied upon as exact representations of fit, color, or appearance.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
One person or entity per account, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You may

Use the Service for lawful commercial and personal purposes.
Integrate our API into your own applications.
Upload appropriate person and garment images for try-on processing.

4.2 You may not

Upload illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service.
Resell or sublicense the Service without our permission.
Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content.
Exceed rate limits or otherwise abuse the Service.
Upload images of individuals without their consent.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our property

The Service, including its software and interfaces, remains our property. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Your content

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

Process your images to provide the Service.
Transmit your images to the relevant model provider needed to fulfill your request.
Store images temporarily as needed for processing.
Generate and deliver try-on results to you.

5.3 Generated content

AI-generated try-on results are provided for your use. You may use these results in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Credit system

Usage is billed using a credit system. Billing is handled by Stripe.
Credits are purchased in advance.
Different operations and providers may consume different amounts of credits.

6.2 Pricing

Current pricing is shown in the console.
Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Price changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.

6.3 Refunds

Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.
If a request fails due to an error on our side, the credits for that request will be returned to your balance.
Failures caused by invalid inputs are not eligible for refunds.

7. Service Limitations and Disclaimer

Virtual try-on results are AI-generated approximations. We do not guarantee:

Perfect accuracy of fit or appearance.
Suitability for users with atypical body shapes.
Color accuracy across all devices.
Results for specialized clothing or medical garments.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. In short: uploaded images are processed securely, shared with a model provider only as needed to fulfill your request, deleted after processing (within 24 hours), and we do not use your images to train our own models without your consent.

9. API Usage

9.1 API keys

Keep API keys secure and confidential.
Do not embed keys in client-side code or share them.
Rotate keys regularly and report compromised keys immediately.

9.2 Rate limits

Respect published rate limits.
Implement proper error handling and backoff.
Contact us if you need higher limits.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

Your use of the Service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your infringement of third-party rights.
The content you upload.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time; unused credits are non-refundable. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign our rights and obligations. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Try-on API regarding the Service.
